THE ORIGIN
Swap Cap was born from a simple frustration: why are hats so permanent? You buy a hat, and that is the hat you have. Want a different look? Buy another hat. We thought there had to be a better way.
Inspired by military morale patches and tactical gear, we created a hat system built on hook-and-loop fastening. Our trucker hats, baseball caps, and dad hats feature loop fastener panels — and our patches and gores come with hook backing.
The result? One hat, infinite possibilities. Slap on patches to express yourself. Swap gores to change colors or patterns. Your hat evolves with you.

Full fabric panels with hook backing. Cover entire hat sections — camo, solid, reflective, denim.
